Our Veterinary Receptionists are truly the front line of our hospital. This position is responsible for greeting and discharging clients and their pets. They have a wide range of responsibilities that include relaying information from the medical team to our clients, handling finances, answering phones, completing medical paperwork, and being familiar with the status of all our patients and clients! We rely on our Veterinary Receptionists to go above and beyond their duties to create meaningful experiences for our clients. Our Veterinary Assistants are at the forefront of providing care to our patients. Many tasks including assisting veterinary technicians, patient restraint, monitoring hospitalized patients, medication administration, providing treatments, running laboratory tests, and directly communicating with clients are all accomplished by our Veterinary Assistants. Certified Veterinary Technician
Our Certified/Licensed Veterinary Technicians are highly skilled professionals who have significant academic and practical knowledge. They hold a license that allows them to practice advanced skills such as inducing and monitoring anesthesia. Our busy hospital creates an environment that allows our CVTs to use and enhance all their clinical knowledge while having significant additional staff to support them.
